Stay Wild Inside – Room for a Boy. A Calm, Nature-Inspired Room for Kids

Welcome to Stay Wild Inside, my new room tour series.
In this first episode, I’m taking you inside a space designed with both adventure and balance in mind — created for a curious little boy who loves nature and exploring, even when he’s indoors.

When it comes to colour, the palette revolves around blue and green, two shades that always feel timeless yet grounding. While blue brings calm and focus, green, on the other hand, adds a touch of energy and practicality — making the room perfect for play, reading, and those quiet moments of rest.

Why I Chose These Colours

I wanted something that would last.
The deep blue and dark green tones are not just trendy; they’re universal and easy to grow with. This room can stay beautiful from the nursery stage to the teenage years — just by updating a few details and textures.

If you’re planning a room for a boy and want something calm but full of character, this palette works in almost any space and with any light.
